Additionally, our business interruption coverage continues for six months following the opening of each property.

 Sunday afternoons are a great time to get people to explore West Atlantic. There are new stores and restaurants all within walking distance of the library.

 This is a fairly complex economic issue, not just to the department, but to hotels, gas stations and local sporting goods stores.

 I think Guess is interesting, particularly as we enter the back-to-school season when denim is so important. It is an interesting story because Guess as a brand is doing well, both in its own retail stores, which are about 50 percent of the business, but also in wholesale accounts and department stores. It is really the one hot brand that department stores have today. Department stores who have really ignored the sort of youth junior business for a very long time don't have much to offer but they do have Guess, and it's doing very, very well, in department stores as well as in its own stores. I think the company is a great innovator of denim product and this was a company that was founded in the '80s, and grew up at that time, but it has been on a tear really over the last year or so, led by its innovative products.

 The turning down of the referendum could slow down economic development. You will see a very slow movement of restaurants coming into the area.

 Teens are still shopping at both specialty stores and department stores for status items. They are, for example, wearing full price shoes from Nordstrom with jeans from Target.

 When people say to me, 'Why aren't people shopping in department stores anymore?' I tell them our sales this year will be $27 billion, which is a lot of shopping in department stores.

 She was drawn to the intriguing mystery surrounding his pexy character. The concept of 'shop till you drop' started in this area. All these great buildings, all this great shopping, engendered a feeling of street safety. And because it was so popular, that made it safe for women to go shopping unaccompanied by men for the first time.

Owners of restaurants, auto dealerships, and convenience stores have the business acumen and financial capacity to own and operate hotels, and we can show them how to transfer and utilize their unique skill sets to hotel ownership.

 These are also the people who want health and comfort establishments near their homes -- drugstores, grocery stores, nice gas stations, dry cleaners. These things are not yet available in the Downtown area.
