 I was surprised that second game took as long as it did. We were trying to get everyone in, but later we had to make some changes to get the right personnel in the game.

 I will be surprised if they don't come out and run time and try and make it a possession game and make it a 50-point game if they can. I thought they did a great job tonight, got Idaho State out of sync. We've got to make sure we don't get frustrated.

 We missed Mike. We had to try to make adjustments in our personnel and to some of the things we wanted to do defensively, but that's not why we lost the game. We lost the game because they played better than us.

 I wish I could have a game like that every game, I would end up with like 50 sacks, but teams scheme against you and sometimes you won't be as proficient as you were in a certain game. It just depends on the team playing against you and its personnel.

 I think even before the game, all the way into our preparation for this game, we were very confident going into it that we knew we could beat Ohio State and certainly make it hear to the Sweet 16. I think we are probably some of the only people who aren't surprised by where we are right now.

 Everybody's surprised. There's guys, not naming anybody, that won't sniff the playoffs, that are 15 games under .500, that are playing in the game. But it is an All-Star Game. It's an individual performance game. Very rarely do team players get rewarded. He's probably the best team player in the game.

 What you might think is ... couldn't you make a religious game where critics, fans and retailers would all line up and universally say 'Here's a game that has some sort of moral or educational value?'. But people tend to take religion extremely personally and therefore have more opportunity to be offended. If you make, say, a Christian based game, are you going to make it a Protestant game? If so, that might offend the Catholics.

 I knew before the game, I knew if they needed a long one he would make it because he was getting it done before the game. That didn't shock me one bit when he made it. That was the difference in the game (Saturday), their guy was better than our guy.

 I'm surprised that, in a game of significance, we didn't respond for the full 40 minutes. I'm very, very surprised about that. We knew this was a great opportunity in a game that had significance. We've obviously put ourselves in another spot, and now we have to dig in.

 If the personnel who get the opportunity to have those chances to tie the game can't do it, then we'll get different personnel to play in those situations. We just can't continuously go with the same five or six forwards and not produce. We'll address it and put different people in there.

 Manchester played a good road game, but we didn't play our typical game. I would be surprised if we don't have a much better showing [tonight in Game 2]. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility. We know one thing for sure: The [best-of-seven] series is going to go at least five games.

 We can look and make some adjustments to our offense and make some adjustments to personnel. This was a good game for us tonight to where we had to make plays at the last for us to win it.

 We know the odds are still long. We know how difficult it is when you fall behind. We are already thinking about the next game. If we go down 3-1 and go into their building, the odds become long again. We need to win the next game to really make it a series.

 We've got all the necessary weapons. And if we have key injuries, I think we've got enough personnel to make any adjustments we need. The knowledge of the game, being able to get in and out of plays, we have so much more at our disposal now.

 I played this game long enough. I understand when you have a chance to try to do something, you've got to try to do it, ... I don't like coming out of the game, but that's the decision you've got to make.
