 We're not going to be judged on a single game; we're going to be judged over a four-year period, but obviously how West Virginia does against Georgia will have some impact on how we are judged. Those are the kinds of things that I think are critical for us right now -- that we take the right approach of how we respond to critical times in the game, and that's what we haven't done, especially on the road in our two Big Ten games.

 This game sends the wrong message and is misleading the youth of America into thinking that this behavior is acceptable.

 It'd be a terrible mistake. It sends a bad message to our troops, and it sends a bad message to our enemy, and it sends a bad message to the Iraqis.

 As I told them right after the game last night, we won our first two conference games last year, then we proceeded to lose four of six. Our response to that game is more important than the game itself.

 We had a great practice. Scoring one minute in doesn't hurt, either. It sends a message to the other team that this may be a long game.

 The first game (of a series) is an energy game, a feeling-out game. (Game 2 is) an adjustment - how well they handle winning and losing. Emotion (plays a) part of it, as well.

 I was pretty pleased with the defensive part of it, we just have to tighten it up a little. [Coca] has just been maturing game after game after game for us. She's a student of the game, and there are very few kids that take it that seriously.

 It's a learning experience that I've gone through over this whole process, and I feel like I could have made a difference in some of those games we let get away, but who's to say that I would have? ... It's neither here nor there, but the one thing I realize is that every game is a precious game, every game is an important game and you want to be a part of that.

 We knew what this game represented, ... Once the game started, I think the players had our minds on football and the aspects of what we had to do to get the job done. I'm thinking about place-kicking and doing the best job that I can. But when the buzzer sounded and the game was over, I kind of realized what this game had meant to a lot of people.
