 Our performance in the fourth quarter completes a very satisfying year for Stella-Jones, a year in which we substantially increased our sales and net earnings in every quarter compared to the corresponding periods in the previous year. Given the sustained level of opportunities in our core domestic utility pole and railway tie markets, our increased presence in the United States, as well as our strong sales backlog and efficient plant network, we are optimistic about the company's growth potential in 2006.

 Internationally, our business improved as compared with the prior year as a result of our business re-engineering efforts and improving economics in much of Asia Pacific. In Europe, we experienced market share gains in several countries and are pleased that for the sixth consecutive quarter we reported growth in our backlog on a local currency basis when compared to the prior year. During 1999 we took steps to reduce our operating costs by simplifying many business processes and focusing our efforts on fewer activities.

 We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

 Selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of net sales and operating revenues increased slightly to 11.4% in this year's third quarter from 11.3% in last year's quarter. As expected, the moderate rate of increase in unit comps was not sufficient to provide SG&A leverage. Having a larger percentage of our store base comprised of stores not yet at basic maturity and last year's lower-than-normal corporate bonuses were also contributing factors. At the end of this year's third quarter, 49% of our stores were less than four years old, compared with 40% at the end of last year's third quarter.

 Although we did exceed expectations for the first quarter, and we expect to be substantially in line with our previous second-quarter projections, the continuing slowdown in the economy is significantly impacting our business,

 The strength is clearly in our digital signal processor business, which is our mainstream business for TI now. Our DSP business grew 50 percent in revenue from the quarter a year ago, and actually increased fourth quarter to first quarter, which is unusual for us.

 We were encouraged that the premiums in the Medical Segment increased from the third to the fourth quarter, ending a long trend. In addition, we were pleased with the sales results that rose substantially compared to last quarter, the same period last year as well as overall for the year. We attribute this sales success largely to the Advantage Series of major medical products introduced in mid-2005. These plans, which offer customers a wide choice of benefit levels and prices, have been well received by our agents and by consumers. The Advantage Series is built on a new rate manual that allows for pricing consistency for all our individual/association products and distribution channels.

 The good news continue to be the fact that with growth in its Hollister division, a fast-growing Internet business, a new concept coming in the third quarter and flattish comps (sales compared to last year) in the core adult business, healthy top-line growth should be sustainable. Also, Abercrombie's men's business is finally beginning to show some life after three years of negative comparable sales.
