 He was really on target. He made sure that he didn't let up even though we got the big lead.

 I thought we played fairly well in the first half. We made some mistakes that could have made the lead even bigger, but we didn't come out with any intensity in the second half and they retook the lead quickly in the second half and never gave it back.

 We didn't make free throws; they did. We had them down by eight points and didn't build on the lead at a time when we had a chance to do so. We let them back in the game because our offense didn't get its job done. That's when we made some turnovers. That's when Sam Young did his damage.

 She moved the ball around pretty well. We had done some target training in practice. She hit the target today and made that girl move.

 They could either go to Target or try to find another toy retailer like K-B Toys. You would think Target first, since it is already their partner, but the one problem with that is Target has its own Web site where it sells toys -- and how much will Target want to give up?

 Anthony Harris' three was really huge. We had a timeout and he had missed his last two or three in a row and I told him, 'You're going to make the next one.' He stepped up and I think the three he made gave us the lead in the second half. Once he made that three I don't think we gave up the lead.

 We didn't have a big lead, and we knew Rock Island would fight to the end. I didn't want to let up just because we had an early lead.

 To me, it was anybody's game. Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. We took the lead late in the fourth quarter, but they made the plays and we didn't.

 A great team just finds a way to get a lead and keep it. And that's what they did to us. We had a few shots that didn't go for us and they went down to the other end and made big plays.

 I didn't lead right. We didn't really lead. We didn't do what we had to do to win or stay in the game. We have to make sure everybody's in the right position and ready to play. The way we lost, you could tell we weren't playing good or hard. We weren't playing St. John's basketball.

 I don't know if we got a little comfortable when we got the lead or what. They made a little run at us and got close to us, but we hung in there and didn't quit, we just kept playing hard.

 I would have sold out for a birdie in a heartbeat. It's not important to lead the first day. I don't think it would have made much difference if I didn't make it.

 With our team, we're still learning what's a good enough lead. We didn't use the clock wisely and they made some big plays.
