 If the weather really does cool down this weekend in Dallas it will be great, ... Even if it doesn't, that's OK, because we can run in the heat.

 Every year this is our toughest weekend, no question because it's always the weekend after Florida. The weather is not as great and they always play us extremely hard. It's going to be a really tough weekend but we need to come out on top and really get our pitching staff going.

 All of that will be accomplished this weekend after the close of business on Friday, weather permitting -- and it doesn't appear that weather is going to be a problem.

 With the weather we have here in Davis, (heat's) always an issue. The good thing about two-a-days is that we do most of our hard running in the mornings when it's cool Š And we preach hydration.

 Right now, Texas doesn't have an incentive to give filmmakers. (The Dallas movie) is a great example of what we're losing and what we're leaving on the table. And Dallas is just one picture. I hate to tell you how many films we're not getting that we'd like to get here, things that are going to be shooting in Massachusetts and Georgia, both of which just passed amazing incentives.

 We just kind of made a weekend out of it, although it wasn't a weekend. I figured if we had to weather out the storm, we would weather it out in the air conditioning, hotel rooms, restaurants and bars.

 We've learned a lot during the years. The weather this time of year is always unpredictable. One weekend will be real pretty and then festival weekend it can rain and turnout will be down. Overall we have been lucky with the weather. People have really supported us.

 It was a great day, especially with the weather. First the heat, then the thunder, then the sun again. For the overall standings it is great.

 They played very well today. This is an excellent round. I think they took advantage of the weather a little bit. It was cool but there was hardly any breeze. That combined with some great short games made for a great day.

 It's not unusual to hold foods in there for 10 to 12 hours. It's a moist heat, so things aren't going to dry out, and if color plays a role, such as in vegetables, the steam heat doesn't extract the heat or color.

 You always look at your heat and it's like, 'Wow! All these guys are so great.' There are so many fast skiers that can make it into the top 30. It is luck of the draw, and I thought my heat was fine. I think I had as good a chance in that heat as any.
