 Segue's quality optimization products and services will add significantly to our growing portfolio of application lifecycle management solutions. This is a natural extension of our focus to expand beyond development and into software delivery, helping companies increase business value through successful software initiatives.

 Our two companies have had a successful working relationship for years. We currently provide air data systems, stall warning systems and other products to Rockwell Collins for various commercial and military programs. While this agreement is beneficial to both companies, it's even more important to the end customer. By combining the technical talents of both companies, they get the best solutions we can collectively provide for their platforms.

 Honest software resellers and consumers are hurt by illegitimate resellers. Counterfeiters offer flawed and illegal products at the fraction of the cost of genuine software. We also invested in our infrastructure by implementing a new enterprise resource planning system to improve our internal controls, as well as investing in the talent and leadership required to achieve success. In 2006, we will focus on executing on the goals we established last year. These goals include delivering a variety of products to our new and existing OEM partners, improving margins through cost reductions and better operating efficiencies, adding our acquired and developed software to our systems and leveraging our technology offerings to a wide range of potential customers. Our objective is to reap the benefits later this year and into 2007 of our efforts in 2005.

 This approach to development is highly responsive to changes to the environment. Systems Solutions brings together the best of breed open-source operating systems and collaboration software so customers experience a straightforward solution that is flexible and cost effective.

 The vertical design of the Series C is a real breakthrough in the industry and the incorporation of security and safety measures shows that Honeywell is actively integrating top-of-mind industry issues into products today. Backward compatibility is also a big plus as more products are coming out with limited backward compatibility due to platform choices. This shows that Honeywell is keeping industry realities front-of-mind when developing new products.

 The solution providers will design this technology into their systems. We're not expecting to build a billion-dollar business with niche products. We just want to expose our partners to products beyond storage and drives.
