 I think it's a combination of our guys effort and them playing the second half of a back-to-back which probably caught up with their legs a little bit.

 When you don't skate for this long a period of time, it's difficult to come back and get your legs underneath you, especially at this stage of the season when everybody else is in pretty good shape.

 We were playing against national talent up there and that really beat up our starters. We're still trying to get our legs back underneath us.

 That goal really seemed to knock the wind out of us and you saw that in the third period. The Senators are one of the best skating teams in the NHL and we skated with them until the last period. We came out flat and they just took over from that point on. For a team that also played last night, they still had their legs tonight. Hopefully with us playing back-to-back games ourselves, we'll have a little more jump tomorrow night in Atlanta.

 We did some stupid things we need to fix; it was a parade to the box. Especially back-to-back nights, we had no legs at the end. Because we're young, the refs might be harder on us.  It's good to have your team playing in a tournament atmosphere - back-to-back nights. It prepares you for the district and state tournaments ... It teaches kids to bounce back after playing the night before.

 I came back in a tough period of the schedule, playing five games in seven nights. You don't get a whole lot of opportunities to rest. I just have to take it in stride.

 It was a rare opportunity in this league to take on two elite teams on back-to-back nights, playing teams with two different styles and come away with two wins. For them to display so much energy on two straight nights shows their mental toughness. It's definitely a credit to our team. The guys gave a great effort.

 We were not as sharp as we were (Tuesday night, in a 97-81 win over Slidell, La.). We played real sluggish at times. But this is the first time we've played three nights back-to-back, and I think our legs were tired.

 It was important for us to come out fast tonight after falling behind early last night. We wanted to play two quality opponents on back-to-back nights like we will have to in the sectional and we don't go very deep but I'm pleased with the way our legs held up and I think it shows that all of our conditioning is paying off.

 I think it's going to be totally different, just from that aspect that he's got his legs back underneath him. He's got more velocity on his fastball and he's just able to be sharper.
