 Hitting the 1 billion mark means that the business of selling music online is real. Over the next 10 years, the retail music industry will be turned upside down and 25 percent of worldwide industry sales will be made online.

 Management maintained full-year 2001 target of 20-to-30 percent revenue growth. To be conservative, we are trimming our estimate from $3.3 billion to $3.2 billion.
