Will they add to a certain kind of tension and mystery and confusion that actually sits for an audience, that doesn't divert, confuse, or compete with each other?

 That second requirement is going to be hard to prove in a courtroom. It is questionable whether any individual fish could be removed from the marketplace.

 They need to get over these hurdles with NTP to compete in the marketplace. RIM is now dealing with these legal issues instead of focusing their own resources to compete against rivals like Microsoft.

 This is the start of a category and there are a number of areas that will require additional investment -- both hardware and software -- to realize the full potential of the category.
