I was pleased to see how strong we finished against Menasha in our third match of the day. It showed that while everyone was tired no one on our team was willing to quit.

 No one wants to share a championship. We've had a good week and we're definitely going in with the intent of winning the thing outright. The whole thing that I'm emphasizing to our team is that we have to play like we're playing for the conference championship. It's just going to come down to how we handle the situation.

 We're just looking to go out and finish conference strong, improving like we have been and hopefully finish out with six more wins before we start the conference tournament.

 Craig's legacy is yet to be determined. Last year we won a conference championship. This year our goal is to win a conference championship and get to play against Racine St. Catherine's in a sectional final. How he is remembered will be determined by how we finish the season.

 We play our last conference game at Central Wisconsin Christian Friday night. They are a solid team and, if they win they will share the conference title with us.  Our kids did a great job (against Walton). The big thing was that after we didn't reach our goal to win the state duals by losing on Friday (in the championship semifinals), I was real pleased with our maturity level in bouncing back (Saturday).

 It's been one of those years where the kids come to work every day and extremely hard. If you would have told me at the beginning of the year that we'd win 24 games, win the conference, district and regional championship, then I think most coaches are going to take that and be pretty happy.

 We have to refocus on the conference race. We have a good opportunity to finish strong.

 Overall I'm real pleased at the way we wrestled and how my kids responded to some good competition, I think the kids are continuing to move in the right direction. Right now we've got to keep our focus and take it one match at a time, and concentrate on Laurel Highlands, Friday.

 We did our part and we didn't get the help we needed from Dominican. I'm just happy that our kids got the job done. Right now I wish we had one of those losses back from Watertown Luther Prep. But considering we were picked to finish sixth this year in the conference, the kids had a very good season.
