 Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than to be selfish and worry about my liver.'

 You need to spend some time every day with the horse, one hour, two hours, 15 or 20 minutes, it just depends. Little by little it is going to get used to you.  We're really not a Chinese beer, but more of a Euro-Asian Beer. Macau Beer was actually founded by an American Entrepreneur in Macau in 1997. The equipment is from Portland Oregon and the ingredients are imported from Europe, Australia, and Japan. The brewery is actually owned by the Kirin Brewing Company from Japan. Also most Chinese beers use formaldehyde as a preservative. Macau does not. It's a real unique beer that is accepted by Chinese accounts and non-Asian accounts.
