 That's always been a question for debate. I think pitchers never like to go back-to-back facing teams but that hitters sometimes feel like they have a better idea of what they're going to see.

 Teams hated coming in here playing on those hot summer days. Willie McGee, Vince Coleman, Tommy [Herr], Whitey managing us -- it was a great time.

 One of the best things about Willie, other than his speed, is that he's got guts. You can't be afraid to fail and I haven't seen Willie back off in two years.

 I'd like to have Billy back. He was throwing 100 [mph] in the last game. How many guys do that? But he's going to have to do what's best for him and his family. Hopefully, it's here. If not, I'll be facing him somewhere.
