The experience at the higher level for pitchers is invaluable. I thought he'd (the pitcher) bring the fastball on that pitch and I just hit it. The pitch missed right into the (strike) zone and it felt good off the bat. This is the first time I have ever done that. It definitely feels good.

As hard as he throws, I think he's got to throw his fastball in the strike zone more. Then he can pitch off his fastball. Every successful pitcher in this game pitches off the fastball.

The fastball away is his No. 1 pitch. How many hitters can take a fastball away and hit it to right-center or up the middle? He'll have to locate that consistently.
