 We had a lead and we wanted to try and milk the clock, but a couple of turnovers late cost us with that plan. The kids played their hearts out and we shot ourselves, and we have a lot of work to do to face Chester again. Hopefully, we can have a strong showing in the states.

 I tried to milk the lead in the second half and it almost cost us. I wanted us to run at least 45 seconds off the clock with every possession, but we are not used to doing that. That is not our game. It was my fault for trying it, but I guess it all worked out for us, anyway.

 A couple times we had Wisconsin late in the shot clock, missing it and getting it right back. And it kills you to play 35 seconds of shot clock over and over again.

 It was probably the best game we have played all season, despite the loss. We controlled the tempo and our game plan was to work the shot clock down to around 15 seconds on every possession and then score. We executed our game plan perfectly and met every single goal.

 We went through segments of the game, that I thought we struggled a little bit with carelessness. I think some of our turnovers were because we forced players late in the shot clock to try and go make a play.

 Our clock management is where we need a little improvement. We had a nine-point lead in the third quarter, and we weren't being patient enough. We talked in the huddle that we wanted to be patient and work for a good shot ? not necessarily stalling. But there was no reason to take a 3-point shot or a jumper when you have that kind of cushion.

 We got up on them and killed the clock pretty good. They sat back in their zone and gave us the three any time we wanted it, so why not wait until late into the shot clock to take it. We took good shots, but sometimes the long ball won't go in.

 Mario had the big answers for us tonight. He had a couple of big three-pointers late in the shot clock.

 I just thought their pressure was a little too much for us at times. When they'd get a couple turnovers or force us into a bad shot a combination of two or three possessions in a row, you simply just run out of timeouts.  We locked down defensively to get the lead. We got to do what we wanted to do offensively. We didn't turn the ball over. We forced turnovers early and turnovers late. We took care of the basketball and didn't give them chances to score out of our offense.

 We had a game plan to not get beat off penetration and to make their guys shoot the ball over us. For three and a half quarters it worked. But a few turnovers, a couple missed shots down the stretch got us. But I'm proud of the kids, they played hard.

 A lot of it came down to that we missed a couple rebounds on free throws that cost us down the stretch. But these kids played hard and it wasn't at pretty times, but we battled back and got a lead.

 I was pleased with the way we played. Seattle's a dangerous team, the way they can put points on the board quickly, because they can create turnovers and their three-point shot is effective. It was good to get it -- we had a couple moments -- but to hang onto a double-digit lead for most of the game, it's good we kept that margin.

 They shot the lights out. I'm proud of the way the kids played. They played their hearts out. Oil City played great, too.
