The door for negotiations gezegde

The door for negotiations is still open. We don't fear the Security Council. It's not the end of the world.

A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. We still advise [the EU countries] to pursue this issue through constructive and serious negotiations. The doors for negotiations are still open. We consider a referral to the UN Security Council or a report to the Security Council to be the end of diplomacy and this is not positive.

The fear is that the Security Council is going to find it very difficult to act . . . and that Iran will retaliate. Referral to the Security Council would lead to a confrontation.

The Iran negotiations are not yet a topic for the Security Council, rather the negotiations should be revived.

We've always said that going to the Security Council is not an end in itself and did not signal an end to negotiations. Going to the council provides a menu of options that can be used to try to get Iran to reverse course.

The door for negotiations is still open.

If it is against the interests of our country, we do not accept it. They threatened us with the Security Council as if the council is the end of the world.

The door (for negotiations) remains open.

We stand for negotiations and emphasize that issues of this kind cannot be referred to the UN Security Council just because of imagination about (Iran's) intentions.

Frankly, that's one of the reasons why, after having tried to resolve this issue through negotiations and through a good and reasonable proposal from Russia, we're having to go to the Security Council.

Iran will seek to drag out the negotiations, because while they are ongoing, the possibility of referral to the U.N Security Council and the possible implementation of economic sanctions are almost zero.

We will discuss ... the current security preoccupations in the world and how we co-operate better on the (United Nations) Security Council,
  Tony Blair

We believe that if the negotiations have run their course and Iran is not going to negotiate in good faith, then there's no other option but to refer the matter to the Security Council. If that happens then we would talk about what actions need to be taken at that time.

No more back-door tenders. No more closed-door meetings. We are going to open all portfolio committees, executive committees and council meetings to the media and the public.

We have some time before this is reported to the Security Council so hopefully in that intervening 30-45 days, or however long it will take, there will be continued negotiations and there will be some changes. Perhaps Iran will come to its senses and respond to the Russian proposal.
