 Sonoco delivered on its key performance initiatives in 2005. The Company experienced sustained quarterly earnings increases, margin improvement and double-digit sales growth driven by acquisitions, improved company wide volume coming from significant new consumer product and market development, and geographical expansion. Our employees remained focused on meeting the needs of our customers while improving productivity and managing costs in all of our businesses. We continued our efforts to successfully hedge the majority of our natural gas needs to provide more certainty of energy costs, and we maintained a positive price/cost relationship, despite rising costs in most raw materials.

 Due to wet weather conditions, our wood costs were much higher than expected. However, these costs were partially offset by lower purchase prices for other raw materials and the continued success of our cost-reduction program.

 In the second quarter we expect to see continued strength in the steel marketplace. Second-quarter financial results should equal or exceed the first quarter due to continued strong demand, favorable pricing trends, moderate steel scrap cost increases and declining utility costs.

 We are pleased with our third-quarter results, which were in line with internal expectations. During the quarter, our net income increased 12.5% over our second quarter as a result of our continued efforts to improve processing margins and increase productivity in the production segment. Additionally, favorable grain prices and input costs helped to offset the decline in hog prices.

 VITAS generated revenue growth of 18.8% over the prior-year period and 5.4% sequentially. Gross margins were 22.9% in the fourth quarter of 2005, a decrease of 60 basis points when compared to the prior-year quarter. The fourth-quarter 2005 gross margin includes $1.6 million in start-up losses, which is $0.1 million higher than the $1.5 million in losses from programs classified as new starts in the prior-year period. Central support costs for VITAS, which are classified as selling, general and administrative expenses in the Consolidating Statement of Income, totaled $14.1 million, including $0.1 million in OIG legal expenses. Excluding the OIG expenses, central support costs increased 7.8% when compared to the prior-year quarter and increased 2.5% sequentially.

 The outlook revision reflects the strengthening of the financial profile as pricing initiatives in the performance chemicals business and continued focus on cost reduction allowed OMNOVA to offset higher raw-material costs.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

 The balanced strength of our business allowed us to deliver top and bottom- line growth for the quarter, even though we faced considerably higher energy and freight costs. Continued strong performance from Jennie-O Turkey Store and significant improvement from the Specialty Foods segment were key drivers behind our solid first-quarter results.

 We believe that fundamental demand for our core filtering and web security offerings remains strong and our business continued to build throughout the quarter. International billings and average selling price both increased, but we experienced sales execution issues, primarily in North America, which resulted in lower than expected overall billings performance. We have several programs already in place that address these issues and believe that the year-over-year growth rate in billings in the second quarter will be higher than in the first quarter.

 We are unlikely to cover enough costs to fully offset recent input price increases, particularly higher energy prices. We could experience some deterioration in underlying earnings per share in the second quarter relative to the first quarter.

 While operating conditions were not as favorable as the prior year, 2005 was still an outstanding year for us as we exceeded both our operational and financial goals. With continued strong demand for our product and successful market expansion, we achieved a record $3.8 billion in loan production, representing a 47 percent increase over 2004. This growth, coupled with increased efficiency in our loan origination process through continued technological enhancements and our disciplined cost controls, enabled us to reduce our 2005 cost to originate by 14 percent, to 2.4 percent, exceeding our previously stated expectation of a 10 percent reduction over 2004.
