However, when gas stations begin to sell the more expensive summer blend fuel in March, prices may start to increase again.

 There's no doubt that as ethanol use and ethanol production continues to grow that's going to put an upward pressure on corn prices,

 Ethanol fever has sugar prices up.

 The new dynamic is really a function of high oil prices and high gasoline prices and increasing recognition that there is a need to go to alternative fuels such as ethanol.
