 The majority of AOL's profits are derived from its pure advertising and commerce revenue, so strong sequential growth in this line is critical to the long-term growth story.

 We do not expect significant upside to our estimates. As we have said before, we believe the company is going through an awkward transition from a hyper-growth, revenue momentum story to a long-term growth and earnings story. Despite its growing pains, we continue to believe long-term, patient investors will be rewarded.

 This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. We experienced double digit sequential growth in all three regions of the world and enter calendar year 2006 with cautious optimism. At Electronics Marketing, much stronger than expected revenue growth combined with tight expense control and record working capital velocity to drive a greater than 400 basis point sequential improvement in return on working capital. At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

 Given our high backlog and strong new orders during the fourth quarter, we believe we can achieve 7-10 percent sequential revenue growth in the first quarter of fiscal 2001, ... Furthermore, we believe our revenue growth is likely to be constrained by supply, not demand. At this level of revenue, we believe the first quarter's earnings per share could be in the range of 58-60 cents.

 Growth in specialty advertising was a little lower than expected but subscriber revenue growth outperformed expectations and overall specialty revenue growth for the first quarter was in line.

 We believe we can again achieve double-digit sequential revenue growth in the fourth quarter, which would be our seventh consecutive quarter of strong revenue growth,

 But the shares could well be valued well above this, based on increasing visible earnings strength, ... Cypress closed the June quarter with strong bookings growth, in excess of earlier guidance of $360 million, possibly as high as $400 million and experienced strong sequential revenue growth with sharply higher gross margins.

 India is a long-term structural growth story that cannot be ignored. There may be a few hiccups along the way, but it's an emerging market that's going to evolve into a mature market over time. That's the growth story that people can participate in by investing in India over the long term.

 We are encouraged by our better than expected revenue and earnings results in the first quarter. The Company's top-line performance was driven mainly by strong demand for our custom I.V. Systems and by our critical care product lines. Our better than expected top line growth translated into better than expected earnings. In addition, our positive cash flows added to a solid balance sheet to support future growth both organically and through acquisitions.

 Transaction growth in the electronic commerce division was in line with our expectations while both portfolio growth in investment services and license sales in the software business were strong.

 This is an orderly belt-tightening. Expense growth has been overshadowed by strong revenue growth, ... What is really driving the issue here is that even the most optimistic firms cannot expect to sustain revenue growth at these levels.

 Strong top-line growth has not been translated into the bottom line. If they are able to tap more markets and new countries then maybe they will become a growth story.

 3Com has not been immune to the trends affecting the telecom sector. However, we believe this sector has substantial long-term growth opportunities and we are investing accordingly. In addition, our Commercial and Consumer Networks business posted a second consecutive quarter of sequential sales growth.
