en But Adam and Pat both have earned the right to play. They both are good enough to win with. The nice part is we can run the whole offense with both. They're unselfish and understand their roles.

en It boils down to how the guys play for you. That's the most important thing for me. I've done a good job getting my team ready to play every day. That is, as a manager, all you can do. The other stuff you can poke holes in. The main thing is I've learned a lot about the game.
