 I think you would want to know if your training is effective or not. Do you want to have training for the sake of having training? Or do you want to have training that really makes a difference? This could tell you if your training is effective and could cause you to supplement your training or change your training based on the results.

 These sessions are mostly about training, teaching and having fun. It's all about physical exercise and teaching technique. Even though we teach fighting techniques, tae kwan do is not about aggression.
