 I felt that I have caused some embarrassment to the regime that I respect very much (so) I presented my resignation to President Mubarak and I bear the political responsibility,

 This seems to be a decision by the regime to be frank, to be honest. The fact they're admitting to such low turnout means they can't claim much in the way of a great democratic mandate for President Mubarak.

 Nobody mentioned the word resignation, nobody mentioned the word impeachment, ... This was a meeting for the president to express to us his sorrow, his concern, this was a person who felt very deeply about the pain he has caused.

 I vote for President Mubarak because I could not find any candidate more handsome than Hosni Mubarak.
