It is an interesting case. It's interesting because a judge has to consider the fact that this is a state that's suing. This is a very odd case for us, because even though we have one of the largest school systems in the state, we don't have a lot of teacher (or) educator fraternization.

Yes, I am excited to say that the report indicates that the school district performed well considering the time period covered was another tough time for our state government and most public school districts. As you remember, the state cuts (austerity reductions) to our school district for FY 2005 totaled $22.4 million, or $50.4 million over a three-year period.
