 We have significantly increased our short-term and long-term commodity price forecasts to reflect our expectation of sustained tight markets and ongoing deficits in 2006.

 We are troubled by the continuing decrease of the value of our investments in the company and are pleased that management and the board of directors are considering steps to stem the loss of shareholder value, ... However, as long-term investors, we want to be assured that the options are being considered to promote growth and stability in the long-term, and not simply to produce a short-term boost in the stock price.

 Faster economic growth, doubtless, would make deficits far easier to contain. But faster economic growth alone is not likely to be the full solution to currently projected long-term deficits.

 Twenty years ago, only a major label could produce a really top-quality product, but now the costs of technology have fallen so much that anybody who gets it right and employs the right people can produce excellent results.
