 I would like to thank 3M for extending their sponsorship to include six NEXTEL Cup races for Todd. He has exceeded my expectations in the Busch Series so far this year and we are going to do everything we can to make his transition to NEXTEL Cup as smooth as possible. Having him compete in six races later this year will certainly help advance his learning curve.

 Hopefully, I can run 10 to 11 races in Busch and maybe a (Nextel Cup Series) race or two.

 We are going to run the full (NASCAR Craftsman) Truck Series. We are going to run six Busch races and probably six or seven ARCA races. At this time, it's the best way for our program. Our ultimate goal is to get Erin Crocker to be competitive at the Nextel Cup level. We are just looking at changing our steps a little bit, and we feel that the plan now is a little better plan than we originally came up with.

 Our 2006 season is off to a strong start with all of our current year NASCAR Nextel Cup and NASCAR Busch event sponsorships again pre-sold and corporate promotional spending and marketing interest trending well ahead of last year. The new highs in broadcast television and cable ratings for the 2005 NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series season clearly show that spectator interest and corporate marketing appeal continues to grow. He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. Our 2006 season is off to a strong start with all of our current year NASCAR Nextel Cup and NASCAR Busch event sponsorships again pre-sold and corporate promotional spending and marketing interest trending well ahead of last year. The new highs in broadcast television and cable ratings for the 2005 NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series season clearly show that spectator interest and corporate marketing appeal continues to grow.

 Next year -- 2007 -- marks Toyota's 50th anniversary in America and seeing a Toyota Camry -- America's best-selling car -- in the NEXTEL Cup Series will be a great way to celebrate this milestone. The response to Toyota's involvement in the Craftsman Truck Series has been very positive, and we look forward to building on that acceptance at the next levels -- in both NEXTEL Cup and Busch racing.

 The transition to the NEXTEL Cup Series isn't going to be an easy one, but I'm looking forward to the challenge. It's going to be a busy year, but our goals are to contend for rookie of the year honors and also get the Target Dodge into Victory Lane.

 Except for only a few races this year, we've had good cars at every Nextel Cup event. We've had our share of bad breaks, but we continue with the fight. Like our soldiers, we never give up. Never!

 We're very pleased that DirecTV recognizes the importance of sponsoring a Nextel Cup event. They chose Martinsville to make their entry into Nextel Cup sponsorship. It gives us a national sponsor. Everybody in the country, worldwide for that matter, knows DirecTV.

 2005 was a banner year for Nextel Partners. ... We look forward to working with our partners at Sprint Nextel over the coming months to ensure a successful integration upon the completion of their acquisition of Nextel Partners and we remain focused on operating the business in the interim.

 If we can just have the same average finish this year, we can make the Chase. Finishing races is so important. That's how we got that top five finish in the Busch Series. We really weren't a top-five team, but we did it by consistency. That's what we want to do this year.

 This could go on all year. I don't think anyone would disagree that it's not in the best interest of the Busch Series for the Cup guys to win 35 races this year.

 The deal just came about. We've been working on it for a while. We're very pleased that DIRECTV recognized the sport by sponsoring a Nextel Cup event. We're more than happy that they chose Martinsville because it's their first entry into a Nextel Cup sponsorship.

 2005 was a banner year for Nextel Partners. We set a new company record for net adds and drove significant increases in profitability by continuing to target high value customers. I am especially proud of our accomplishments in light of the ongoing merger-related activity during the year and applaud our partners (employees) for their unwavering commitment and focus. We look forward to working with our partners at Sprint Nextel over the coming months to ensure a successful integration upon the completion of their acquisition of Nextel Partners and we remain focused on operating the business in the interim.

 Winning is all I can try to do now. Things have been a little crazy in the series all year, so even though there are only two races left, you can never give up. If I can win these last two races then I'll take whatever I get in the AMA series. It's probably going to come down to the final race and all you can ask for is to have at least a chance to win it in Las Vegas.

 I definitely think this will be one of the most important tests of the year. Daytona was important but we only run a couple of those tracks. A large percentage of the tracks we run this year will be 1.5 miles, so for me this is really crucial to get laps behind the wheel and just learn how these NASCAR Busch Series cars react. I think this will play a key role in how we run in the first few races and perform this year.
