en The list of future England managers should not be left until one day after the current manager has disappeared. All of a sudden everyone's in panic, running round all over the place, sometimes not quite sure of what the credentials for the job are. It gets the next bloke off on a bad foot, and that is why the process should be more streamlined and easier than this - certainly it should be quicker.

en We're aware of that. There's a lot of uncertainty here going into next year. Half the team doesn't know if it has a job. Same for all of the coaches. We want to do well for everybody, and that's how we're thinking about it. If that happens, we all make out in the end.

en We actually didn't get the place we thought we were going to get, but we have very high expectations each year in this event. Taking second, fourth and 10th place is very good, but our coaches are still not necessarily satisfied. But this was a great start for us and hopefully we'll have some more good things happen (Saturday).
