 It's the sushi. How many guys have gotten it this year? It's raw fish ... come on! You can't keep that under the sun.

 I went to Japan as a 4-H international exchange student last year and had sushi there and loved it. The seaweed (used to roll the sushi) has lots of vitamins and minerals.

 If a customer doesn't like sushi, I like to recommend the seafood salad. Even though it's still raw fish, they usually really like it.

 He has a great mind for sushi and comes with 10 years' experience. He is studying all the time on how to prepare sushi.

 Fifteen years ago, people were making jokes about sushi being bait, and now, in parts of L.A. -- not in Japanese neighborhoods at all, especially on the West side -- it seems like there's a little sushi bar in almost every mini-mall.

 The Wynoochee has a lot of fish in it, and most are kings, which you can't keep. The Queets is also full of fish and I know guys who limited easily there, and the Chehalis is putting out some fish.

 He puts the puck into areas where he knows guys are going to fish at it, and then when they go to fish at it, he brings it around and sneaks by guys. He uses his body well to protect the puck and then he rolls off of guys very well, makes tight turns, and takes it to the net. That creates a lot of room for other guys on his line, because if you beat a guy towards the net, sometimes another guy is going to challenge, and once that guy challenges, something else opens up.

 I don't eat anything that a dog won't eat. Like sushi. Ever see a dog eat sushi? He just sniffs it and says, "I don't think so." And this is an animal that licks between its legs and sniffs fire hydrants.

 We didn't even know about this fish. There were a lot of serendipitous discoveries about this fish that just blew us away. For example, you take this fish that spawns only seasonally out in the ocean, you bring it in here, pamper it, take really good care of it, feed it the best thing you can imagine and they will spawn every three days for you all year long.

 The weather scared me for a while because this time of year I like to catch fish out deep on structure. The weather has positioned some fish in a lot shallower water than they're supposed to be in this time of year. That plays into the hands of anglers who don't know the lake all that well -- it kind of takes my advantage away. But there are still some fish out deep, so I'm sticking to my guns. I've got some other things I can do, too.
