 We're trying to get a rhythm amongst ourselves. Obviously we're a very emotional team and we wanted to show we're growing within each other. We wanted to be the team that stays focused and continues to play the game.

 It's been neat to watch T.J. grow from when he was a little boy to a man now. When he came here, he had everything together.  I feel horrible for the seniors. Because this is the last time we're going to play with them, and the last time we're going to be together as a team. I wanted for them to go a lot farther. They've meant so much to this team that I wanted to go all the way, and I think we showed tonight that we could have.

 That's fundamental, basic football that we can be better at. That's what we've got to get across to our team. To me, the biggest factor is we can play smarter than we're playing. We can play harder. Our guys wanted to play, they were prepared to play, but we have to learn to play at a higher tempo when we're playing.

 They're a young team, ... They play really hard and keep coming. We just wanted to continue to play as hard and just a little longer. We were fortunate to get what we wanted at the end, which was a basket and a win.

 I think he had really kind of made up his mind somewhere during the year that he was going to leave. I don't think I really recognized that.When I told him what kind of team I wanted, what kind of exciting basketball I wanted to play ... Of course Kobe wanted to play the same kind of basketball and that's how we got together.
