What has dramatically changed in recent decades is the ability of nature to supply essential services like water and moisture during hard times. This is because so much of nature's water and rain-supplying services have been damaged, destroyed or cleared.

 The plan is to continue with pumps to keep the water below that level and then treat the water that they pump out and that's going to have to go on until the end of time,

 Most water conservation measures can save our customers money both in the short and long runs.
