We had a hard gezegde

 We had a hard time adjusting to the consistency of the game. We hadn't been home in a while, so it looked like we were the ones on the road having to get used to our fans and the baskets all over again.  I really hadn't thought about the road record. Personally, I approach every game the same whether we're at home or away. We have to get that message to the guys here in the room. There are some things that go against you on the road. They can make the last change and sometimes you don't get the calls on the road -- not that we get many calls anyway. There's a reason it's called home-ice advantage.

 It might be as tough as there is. Not only do you have to bounce back from a two-game losing streak at home in front of almost 11,000 fans, but now you have to go on the road. We have played decent on the road, which almost is unfair to our fans. To be honest, I don't have a lot of answers right now.

 We try too hard at home. We try to be too fancy. When things don't go well, the fans get on you and you try even harder. On the road we play a simpler game.

 It's a whole new ball game and we're used to being at home, so it's going to take some adjusting. As we go on the road, hopefully our experience will start to show.

 The past three years have been hard years, a time of hard decisions and tough choices, ... I have looked into his eyes and I have seen his character. I have seen courage and consistency ... the courage to stand up to terrorists and the consistency necessary to beat them.

 It's been a big factor that kept us in the lead in our division. If that line hadn't stepped forward in late January we'd be a sputtering team. It has been a major factor for our consistency both here at home and on the road.

 If you look at our home and road stats, they're enormously different. Most teams are different, but not enormously different. You get in a little slump, and you don't get the confidence of the home crowd and the home baskets and the home bed. Yeah, I think it affects you a little bit. I really, really do. But I also think you got to be big enough to win some of these games on the road.

 We looked at finding places that had an office space work force, and we looked at the amount of money and time people can save by staying off the road and using that time at home to be more productive.

 And these fans sensed before Game 3, ... that their team could get beat. It's true. Good players to role players need home. Those players feel more comfortable at home. They're more likely to know their favorite spots on the floor at home. They're thinking, 'If I get [the ball] right here.' No, the great players don't need that. I loved to play on the road. Kareem would get that look in his eye on the road some nights. But you have to look at the teams involved.

 Fans the challenge is there. Pace yourself. Don't all go get beer at the same time, balance it up. Same way going to the bathrooms. The first time there's a little bump in the road, don't lose your nerve. Keep up the noise because we can wear them out. The fans can be a factor. Baltimore fans can be a factor in this game.

 Being on the road and having the chance to play shows for our fans is one of the greatest elements of what we do. After being away for a long period of time, we can't wait to get home. Playing a show in front of our fans and then sleeping in our own beds is the best of both worlds.

 Every game is a game unto itself. Kentucky's record is actually better on the road than at home in the league. We know it is going to be a difficult game. It was a difficult game last time. Both teams fought hard and played good defense and had trouble scoring. We were fortunate a couple things did go our way at the end, but I doubt if that will matter Saturday.

 It's one of the best things having the other teams' fans quiet, and it's something we feed off of. We've been on the road for a while so we've been feeding off of their fans, so I'm excited to see what we can do with our home fans behind us.

 We put in a lot of effort, our fans cheer us on although what we need is to greater consistency and better performances on the road.
