 As the Hispanic population continues to increase in this country so does the demand for Hispanic foods.

 The population and the demand for schools are growing while at the same time the number of teachers is decreasing.

 It's basically to make up for the state funds that are not going to be given, based on the funding changes for all schools.

 I think we have all known that we were having growth in the Hispanic population. We have known it through the school population. I didn't realize it was that high.

 The Southwest is what the rest of the country is going to look like in five, 30 years: Hispanic majority, very young population, immigrant population.
