The houses, the clotheslines and things people planted -- it's really kind of a ghostly feeling as you walk through the town. You can imagine what life was like.

 Budgeting is a natural outgrowth of saving. You only have so much money - what are you going to do with it?

 It's old, outdated and there's no parking. This will be a dramatic improvement. We know the town is looking to have buildings brought closer to the street, making them more pedestrian friendly. We had to go to the Zoning Board of Appeals to obtain a variance for the building to be located in close proximity to the road.

 Now, we can say they can't because of zoning requirements.

 Different zoning requirements aren't as generous. They are more demanding.

 The happiest people in the world are those who feel absolutely terrific about themselves, and this is the natural outgrowth of accepting total responsibility for every part of their life.

 We left two cars there and three houses. My wife brought very little clothes. I brought very little, and my daughter brought very little. So we all look like refugees.
