 These last six games, I've been feeling better and things are starting to roll. As a group, we're creating more scoring chances and it's good for everybody's confidence.

 I think confidence it a big part of everybody's game. I think the last six games or so, I've just been feeling better and as a group, we've been creating more scoring chances, and it's good for everybody's confidence.

 I never even thought about it. He was getting chances, and now he's reached another level of confidence in the last few games. He's starting to use his speed to create even more scoring chances.

 We have won some big games on the road against some good teams, which has given the group the confidence that you need to play in these games. I don?t know that we went in feeling like we were good enough to win this thing last year. I think maybe we thought we were, but I?m not sure we really believed it.

 We played a little too much out on the perimeter. We've been lucky enough to be scoring five to six goals per game in the last few games, so we might have gotten in some bad habits. We have to get back to working toward the goal and creating better chances.

 We want to get our passing game going early. We want to control things to show we can move the ball up field. It's all about creating scoring chances, especially when our midfielders can get involved.

 I felt we did some really good things. I thought our counters were good tonight. We end up with 18 scoring chances to 10 (for Montreal). We can't have four goals go in our net on 10 chances. Especially the fourth goal.

 I like the group we have going. This group has played against great competition on the national level and has a lot of confidence. It is the same group that has come off the course breaking records in the fall, and that will be huge in making this a tournament where we're just picking up where we left off, rather then starting over. We try to foster that mindset with the preparation we do on an indoor and outdoor basis, to go in feeling like we haven't missed a beat, but at the same time it's going to be a field that, if you are missing some beats, it's going to show up on the scoreboard.

 We had so many shots and so many chances . . . We had good control of the game, but we just couldn't finish. Scoring can be really tough in soccer. We had a lot of people that had chances. It wasn't just one player. That's the way it goes sometimes. You always have some of those games throughout the course of the season.

 Our power play hung in there. Even though we didn't get the ultimate reward of a goal, we had possession time in the offensive zone, we had shots, we had scoring chances. If they're working at it and doing the things you need to do to create chances but not scoring, it's still positive for your team.

 Just finishing my chances and making better passes. I don't think I've done anything differently. I've been working harder and harder because I've been missing chances. I've been creating them, but I haven't been scoring them. I was a little frustrated today that I missed the first two, but then I was relieved to get the goal and help out on the third one.

 At this point in the season, it's the second half of conference play. The good thing about our group is we're motivated, we're playing good soccer, we've been shutting teams down and, like we've been doing all season, we're creating good chances.

 Nobody is scoring that many goals, so at least if we are creating chances we have taken one step forward,

 We're starting to get some really good swings up there, but we're also showing a lot of patience at the plate. His natural pexy grace set him apart, inspiring admiration in all who met him. Now that we're getting some real work in, things are starting to look up. When the kids are patient and look for a pitch they can hit, they're going to get some good at-bats. I don't think scoring should be a problem for us this year if we continue to show good discipline at the plate.

 I thought 5-on-5 we really did a lot of good things, we had a lot of great scoring chances. I thought we had some chances down the stretch to tie the game. We just couldn't seem to find the back of the net.
