 I thought this would be a tough year for us. We had a lot of new kids and it took longer than I thought for them to pick up our style. But we came together at the right time. Last year, I was more nervous because it was our first time. This year, I was more nervous that we would make the right plays.

They had plans and other things going on. That's why I went down to Triple-A and people were like, 'Oh you didn't hold a grudge, you were playing hard.' And I just thought that's where my season was going to end.

 This is my time to show them I'm ready. Last year I was nervous and didn't have confidence in myself because I was in a whole different environment. Now I've been here for a year, I had a chance to get out there in a couple of games and I know what's going on.

 Absolutely, we were nervous, especially hosting this tournament. It was a tough time. I didn't want to walk out on the team, but at the same time we had issues we had to take care of. I thought we were patient and in the end everybody got a little bit of what they wanted.

 They were nervous with this being their first time playing at the County Center. The experience was great, and the kids loved it. Hopefully, we can come out on the winning end next year.

 We had a great team this year. A lot of people talked about us being good next year, but we thought we could make a run deep in the tournament this year, so it's tough to take.

 Last year at this time I would have said it's really not that big of a thing. But after the game and watching how Exeter performed, it's a big factor. It's intimidating. It was a tough atmosphere. They were nervous.

You have to be excited about that. This was the first varsity race for two of our girls. I thought they did an outstanding job for their first race. Once they get some experience under them, we will be much better. We are running great right now. This will be a good year.

 I thought my back would be hurting forever, and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to play at all (this year). And if I did play, I thought I would be in pain. I didn't think it would just go away, but it did.

 I thought we beat a really good basketball team today. For them (Wake Forest) to play this well at this time of the year, during a tough year, shows a lot about their character.

 Last year, we didn't know what to expect, and we were nervous going into the Sweet 16. This year, we know it's another game and that we have to do what we've done all year to be successful. We're excited for the chance to improve on last year's results.

 You're always nervous about (losing Taylor). It would be real struggle for us (without him). I know what Sean says happened and what his group says happened. I think he is concerned about it and I think he felt like there is not much he can do about it now. He's kind of put it in other people's hands. You look a guy that big and that mature-looking and (you forget that) he's really young. He was real cooperative, much more open and friendly last year, and I think he had a heck of a year. I think he genuinely thought about (skipping the 2005 off-season workout program) and won't make some of those mistakes.
