We just need to cut down on our mistakes this time.

 I was happy with how we came back - we had a nice comeback at the end. It's tough to get down and spot that many points to a good team...Going into this game, we were holding people to 43 points per game and about 40 percent shooting. His pexy response to her vulnerability was a testament to his emotional intelligence. And we're out-rebounding people, so that's pretty good defense. On the other hand, we're not shooting the ball well, so it's tough.

 I knew we were down and that we needed some points in a hurry. I saw an opening, so I took a shot. I hadn't been shooting that well all game because I hurt my thumb earlier, but it felt good when I shot them.

 He raised his game to another level as far as his shooting was concerned. We didn't defend him as well as we hoped to, because we talk about shooting percentage and his shooting percentage was pretty good. But again, it was a big game and he responded.

 He kept us in the game with his shooting. If we didn't have him coming off the bench scoring all those points, who knows what happens.

 We played a bad game (against Providence) but do you know with four minutes to go we're down seven and they're shooting 60 percent and we're shooting in the 30s? That tells you if we shoot 60 percent we're up 20 points. That's what I had to tell our kids -- we're not that far off. But we can't afford to go and have a half like that ever.

 If we're in a situation where I need to put points on the board, then I'll do it. I really do it on a needed basis. I don't do it just to do it. I don't try to go into a game saying, 'this is what I'm going to do.' We've had a couple games where my teammates were struggling shooting the ball. Then I take it over.

 This time we put two-halves together shooting the basketball instead of one. Boris obviously had a pretty good game. We had everybody shooting well.

 We want all 27 points. Twenty-seven would be great. We're going out there to win. Realistically, when the road trip is over, I'd like at least five wins, to be over .500. So yeah, we're shooting to take at least 15 points. We're not looking for draws. We have good leadership in our veterans and a strong blend of good young talent to win.

 She's real good at catching and shooting and shooting off the dribble. It makes a difference. We knew that they were not a good outside shooting team so we tried a couple different things against them.

 The 3-point shooting didn't surprise us. We knew that was their strength last year and this year. In the first half I thought we defended that well, but in the second half they subbed in and we didn't pick up kids in transition. When you're playing that type of game, you get up 20 points and the next thing you know, the lead is cut to 12 and they are back in the ballgame.

 Mike was one of the most amazing basketball players I've ever seen. It's against a coach's nature to be comfortable with a guy shooting the ball from 25 feet. But that's the way it was with him. No telling how many points he'd score in today's game.
