Taking trucks out of stop-and-go daytime traffic and letting them move at night in faster-flowing traffic is also expected to have a positive impact on air quality around the ports.

Those kinds of things drive school district budgets in ways that we don't have a control. We can't control fuel costs, but we must put children on buses. We can't control teachers retirement funds, but we must pay into that system.

First we used to make just one or two buses a month. on Tuesday this has gone up to 10 buses. From April we expect to make 15 to 20 buses a month.
