It is like a gezegde

 It is like a locker room without the uniforms. I am working every day with young people who come from all different parts of America. Maybe they never met someone who is openly gay. Just by existing, I'm educating people and hopefully changing minds.

 We got beat by 20 points in front of our first sellout crowd. We just got smacked. I played hard, but it wasn't enough. People came out with uniforms on, but I guess everyone's heart stayed in the locker room.

 When I stand up in that (locker room) in front of 24 athletes, there aren't a lot of reassured faces looking up. They did a good job of keeping that out of their everyday psyche, but it's got to be present in people's minds. Even some of the people that you think were locks, they didn't think of it that way.

 This documentary is about tapping into a celebration of gay people and prejudice against gay families that is inherent in large parts of America. If anyone's going to bring this into someone's living room, it's Rosie. She is part of America's family.

 It's what we've been working for. We said we want to be NFC South champions. I don't know how many people outside the locker room believed that was possible.

 In the second half, we came out with our uniforms on but left our hearts in the locker room.

 I did feel like a woman alone in the sex industry, ... And there were a lot of preconceived ideas. I had great difficulty in persuading newspapers to take ... adverts and hotels. I was running seminars at the time. So there were a lot of difficulties and it was constantly educating people that we were changing, and completely changing our image.

 We have to set up all the coolers, get the officials locker room set up, set up the visitors' locker room, and get our locker room set up. Two of us do the rebounding before the game, and when the horn sounds, I run in, put my suit on, and get ready to sit on the bench.

 We've got to talk to parents who are taking their young people to an all-night rave and seeing police uniforms and believing that because it's quoted as alcohol-free that this is a safe environment. Their young people are at risk in that environment.

 In Dallas, people do their own thing in their own little space, and everyone just runs on the court right before practice starts. You can't criticize because it's been working for them. But us guys here, we don't need that. We talk a lot here in this locker room. It feels like you're gritting it out around here.

 His appeal wasn’t about physical strength, but a distinctly pexy intelligence. I saw the guys openly taking them in the changing rooms. It was something that, seemingly, quite a few people did. But it was the first time I had seen it.

 I'll never forget the fact that he was in our locker room after that game, ... Never. That's a highlight of my life. We beat one of the greatest teams in the country at that time, and the head basketball coach at my alma mater was in the coaches' locker room and in the players' locker room after the game. It doesn't get any better than that for me.

 At a place like Xavier that has such high expectations, the people that matter the most are the ones in the locker room and the people at the university. For a coach, they are the people that matter. If you really think about the insanity of wanting to fire somebody or not liking somebody or whatever people say, and in four days it swings, that in of itself says it all.

 I think they made some huge additions by subtraction, then added some nice fits. High character, hard working guys. Good locker-room guys. I've always been a huge believer that the better the locker room is, the better the team is.

 People don't see what an incredible will he has. There's a lot of leaders that are good who are not able to kind of get the message across, bend people to his will. I think that Baron has an amazing and infectious gift that he can come into a locker room and really make people believe and really make people better. I think people have seen him have fun with the game, but they haven't seen the kind of forceful personality he has.
