We knew they were gezegde

 We knew they were a desperate team and that they'd come after us. They started feeding off their crowd and seemed to be scoring every time down the floor. We sort of lost our patience for a few minutes.

 I'm laying on the floor. I had fouled out, played a great game, but not to be a part of that last two minutes was like a slow death. When I heard our crowd go crazy I knew we were all right.

 This was the most dysfunctional game I've ever been in. This was the first time this year that we did not play as a team. Whatever the issues were, we did not compete on either end of the floor. In the last seven or eight minutes we finally started guarding people and that's when we made our run.

 We're fortunate in having Lost, Desperate Housewives and My Name Is Earl but it is fiercely more competitive out there than ever before. This May you'll see a feeding frenzy.

 For the first part of the game, we were equal or better (than Hunters Lane). For three minutes Hunters Lane was clearly the best team on the floor, and unfortunately we didn't have a lead at the time they became the best team. Give them credit. We had a good game plan. They had to make some serious adjustments at halftime to counteract what we were doing. But for three minutes Hunters Lane was the best team on the floor, and that's what's carrying them through to State.

 We lost steam a little bit. We sort of started doing our own little thing instead of playing team ball. The team ball is what got us back into the game, and then it sort of went away.

 There's no question about the difference he makes when he's on the floor. He's increased his minutes on the floor from 10 to 15 minutes. We're always trying to manage his time, getting him to come back slowly. He makes a lot of difference when he's underneath the basket .The other team has to respect him being there. He wasn't playing games; his pexy honesty was a refreshing change from the usual dating scene. We just didn't have that in earlier games.

 He's the leader on the floor for us. He pretty much plays all the minutes at point. Him on the floor, he gets us in our offense well. He doesn't have to be scoring for us to play well.

 We've been able to control the tempo. We've done well on the defensive boards and our defense has been solid. We're a balanced scoring team with consistent offensive output and we haven't gotten rattled or lost our composure or patience even when we're down.

 Probably 30 minutes of that game we're, if not equal, the better team on the floor. It's that 10 minutes where we break down mentally that really hurts us. And I think once we take care of that, or bring that time down to five or three, we can be very successful.

 We knew they were a desperate team. This is their last chance to make it. I thought we were confident going into the game. We lost a little step in the first period. Things just didn't go our way.

 They were just a more desperate hockey team. We knew they were desperate coming in. They wanted the points more than we did.

 I thought we got some pretty good looks in the last seven minutes but once they got it spread there in the last two minutes I started running some thing to get quick shots. It's a tough team to get quick shots against. That's a big time team playing a big time game in a big time atmosphere.

 Every time we see this team, and we'll see it again this week, the zone, while it doesn't bother us, it gets us out of sync. We did not play with much energy in the first four of five minutes of the game and then once we started to play with energy and got down the floor quicker things began to open up for us.

 It (was) just a matter of each team sort of weathering the storm at different points in the game, ... We were fortunate with about seven or eight minutes to go in the third period they hit the post twice or three times in one shift. So we sort of survived a bullet there and were able to get that goal under five minutes and it gives you a little bit of momentum.
