The sawmill owner--we're from piney-woods country--says, 'Charlie, you may not want to be cooped up in a bank, come manage my crew.' And you know what? Damned if Charlie didn't turn them all down.

It wasn't a pretty picture at all, but I always felt like I could do whatever it took to recover and get back to playing football. I don't remember everything from the worst of it, but I remember being kind of in and out because of all the medication I was on. It's not something you really want to remember.

It's been tough on us all, but especially on Charlie since he wasn't able to wrestle. Now that he's back, Charlie is dedicating the rest of the season to the memory of Cathy.
