 I didn't like to see us get that big lead because you saw what happened. We went into that lull and they were able to get on that big run late in the half. In the second half we regained our poise and did a much better job of controlling the tempo.

At halftime, we regained our composure. We pretty much dominated the second half. We had a lot of opportunities to win in the last 10 minutes, but we came away with the tie.

 When you come into this gym, you never know what's going to happen. The fact that we came out here and presented ourselves strong in the first half, I think we set the tempo for the rest of the game and our kids got confidence when we had a 12-point lead at halftime and it just flourished into the second half.

 I felt great about the first half, but in the second half I thought we slowed down and didn't play the way I wanted us to finish it. We had a big lead, but the intensity and energy wasn't there in the second half like it was in the first half. You can work on things, but still have intensity. I felt like we didn't have any intensity.

 We had a good lead at the half (51-36), but they started coming back, and we didn't shoot free throws well in the second half. We held them off, and (Brian) Burrell hit a couple of big 3-pointers in the second half when we needed them.

 That's what we needed. We have to get stops to run the floor. They did a good job of controlling the tempo in the first half, and it took us out of our game.

 We had the game playing at our tempo and they tried to speed it up a bit. I think we expected it but we just didn't execute. It was like a totally different team in the second half than the one that played in the first half.

 In the first half, they gave us some fits. They did a great job, as our offense didn't get the ball that much in the first half. So they really controlled the tempo of the game at that time.
