They've kind of set gezegde

 They've kind of set things into motion for guys like me and Adam. We're taking their example. We just want to keep up with the tradition.

 We used motion to shake our guys free on that play. Adam made his best throw of the day, putting it right on the numbers, and he got great protection from the offensive line.

 Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world.

 That's Adam. That's been Adam for a long time. When he's out there, special things happen and intense things happen. It's vintage Adam.

 When I met with (Adam's) father (Wednesday) evening ... the first words out of his father's mouth were, (Adam) was so proud to be working for you guys,' ... Adam really did radiate that.

 Knowing the runners who have came through here and went on like Jorge and Adam and Alan and even some of the girls who have came through and went on to do great things, it's just something we're doing well in a long line of success at CU. I think it's our job now to carry on the tradition and keep running well and keep putting up times that get recognized nationally.

 This is a great honor for Adam and for our program. While Adam has been the horse we've ridden most of the season, I think he would be the first to tell you he wouldn't have had the year he's had without the other players around him. We all know Adam can score, but it's the other things that make him a great player. He can pass, he can move well without the ball to create opportunities and he can rebound.

 The great thing our coaches do, we put him in different formations. We kind of motion him around, we try to create opportunities for him. A lot of teams have rolled to him and taken two guys to cover him. When you can take two guys out with one, you need to be able to run the football.

 We definitely have to get better. We know we're not doing as good as we need to. We need to pay more attention to the little details. We're real close. It's just little things here or there, a guy taking a wrong step and missing a block or pre-snap stuff (leading to motion penalties). We need to correct some things. We're upset with how we've played and we need to get better.

 Adam had a big game and so did our other big kids. We had bigger guys than they did on the interior and Adam and Nathan (Gibson) did a great job on the inside.

 Adam brings a lot more experience. I think some of the things that at times have gotten to us, some of the calls in terms of protection and all that, Adam's a lot more comfortable with.

 That was a great match. Adam scored late to tie it up, but lost on a last second reversal. Adam wrestled well, it was just one of those things.

 Just taking things more serious, taking a different approach. I was kind of transformed, so it's kind of cool.

 We won't talk to the guys until (today). There's pressure. These guys are playing for jobs. If Adam comes back, they're playing to stay on the team. We don't know if Adam will be back. It's a day-to-day thing.

 It's kind of the culmination of a lot of things that have been set in motion for a two-year period.

 Some things were a little slow motion out there. I think the weather, with the day off (Friday), might have got our guys a bit.
