 I think we're always pleased to see a property owner downtown who's willing to upgrade their property. That's a good sign. I'm very excited about the renovation and hope that will bring some new life downtown and to the south part of Munn Park.

 It wasn't just the stadium. It was attracting employers and businesses into downtown. The downtown area needs to look nice.

 We love this area and we think it's a great town and area to do business in. We decided this is where we wanted to establish our roots. We just loved the downtown feel. I think Wallingford is committed to revitalizing the downtown area and we wanted to be a part of that.

 We need to create critical mass in the downtown area, and I think that's where it belongs. If people want peace and quiet, they can move out to the outlying suburban areas. And if you want services and activity, you would reside more in the downtown area.

 AT&T is proud to be the hometown communications company for Greater St. Louis and the official communications company of the Cardinals. We are excited about the new AT&T brand in St. Louis, and we look forward to celebrating opening day in the new Busch Stadium with the Cardinals.

 We've seen growth in the average daily rate throughout the city, from Westport to downtown, especially with an increase in convention business in St. Charles. With the new stadium opening up and development continuing downtown, we're confident we'll see growth in the new property, too.

 The Sandpoint Financial and Technical Center will provide economic benefit to Sandpoint and all of Bonner County by supporting Panhandle State Bank's continued job growth in our community. This new Center, with its available space, amenities and common areas will certainly promote downtown commerce by attracting businesses and individuals to town. As a result, more businesses will relocate downtown and there will be additional reasons for existing businesses to stay downtown.

 In most cities, the inner city property is more valuable than suburban (property). It?s closer to amenities in downtown.

 The new hotel's location, adjacent to NASCAR Headquarters and across from the Daytona International Speedway, makes our city an ideal market for an upscale, extended-stay hotel like Homewood Suites by Hilton.

 I just cringe to think what the average tourist would think of our downtown after visiting St. Louis Centre. If I see conventioneers down here asking where to shop, I never send them to St. Louis Centre.
