 It's no secret the last two years we've been trying to rebuild. For our guys to get in this is a tribute to the way that they have been resilient and stayed with it. We want to move up. There's an opportunity to move up.

 I think it's probably a good move. One of the subtle dimensions of this is that when you move like that, not everybody moves. That's an automatic opportunity to significantly restructure.

 I can only say this situation presented me with an opportunity to move forward. My wife and I were pleased to use this time to move into a new life for ourselves.

 I knew there was plenty of time to win, I was just waiting for the right opportunity. I had been a bit sloppy riding his legs on the previous move and I just calmed myself down and waited to make a move.

 I think early on guys were trying to feel each other out trying to move the ball. I don't think we have a selfish team by any means, but we have guys that are confident, that feel like they can take their man at times. I think one of the things we have been preaching early on is that the next man can take his man, too. If there's a better opportunity we have to move the ball.
