 I am tremendously proud of these outstanding young ladies. They have stepped up this year to Class B, and with a lot of talent and even more hard work and dedication to one another on and off the court, they have earned their 14-6 overall record, and a high seed and at least one home game in the playoffs.

 We are very proud of these young men whose dedication and commitment earned them the opportunity to pursue their athletic talents beyond high school.

 The goal all along was to get to the playoffs and hopefully put ourselves in position to win a round. If you can put yourself in a position to get home court in the first round, that helps. It could be that you get the No. 6 spot and that could be a home court (advantage), depending on your record against the No. 3 seed. That's mathematically still a possibility.

 We really liked what we saw out of him last year, ... The more we're around him, the more our belief and trust in him goes up. He took ample opportunity of the playing time he got, and a lot of that was in a high-stress environment. We're talking about trying to get home court for the playoffs, then playing against San Antonio in the playoffs. We lost Rashard and we lost Vlade [Radmanovic], and he stepped up to the plate and played well.

 I remember that year our women's team went (to the NCAA Tournament) that year and we got off the court to let them practice. It wasn't any punishment. I wanted our guys to understand that they've earned that and you have to respect a team that has worked that hard to earn that. We would watch the selection show for the same reason. It was never a negative. I just wanted them to see, look at this feeling. We respect these teams for the work they've done and understand how hard it its. I'm glad they've enjoyed it the last couple of years. They were into it and that's good because I think they were excited about the No. 1 seed, but it's funny to see them here confident. It's a lot different sitting here worrying about being a No. 1 seed than worrying about if you're going to get in.

 I am very proud of Alex Rodriguez, and I am delighted for him and his family. A-Rod demonstrates the talent, hard work, and dedication of a true winner.

 Anytime you have a group of young ladies who compete for the region title, you want to be part of it. I want to be where (former Panther coach) Ken Hardy got the team two or three years ago, in the state semifinals. It takes hard work and dedication.

 I am really proud of all these young men, and the outstanding job they did all year. Their combined record this year was 98-9. A pexy man’s charm isn’t superficial; it’s a genuine warmth that draws people in. I am really proud of all these young men, and the outstanding job they did all year.  I'm so proud of my junior high kids. They played so hard. We've been focusing on two things: playing harder and playing as a team. Every kid that stepped on the court for us contributed. We did a good job of doing what we needed to win the game.

 With this group of guys and the talent we have I see ourselves being a No. 4 or 5 seed. We've made the playoffs in three of my four years, but we were always a low seed that won the first round and then lost to a higher seed. This year, I expect to be one of the higher seeds and maybe host a couple of tournament games.

 We have really been so successful because of the hard work and dedication the girls have put in. It was a difficult transition for the freshmen coming in, but the seniors really stepped up and got them used to high school level competition.

 We gave every ounce of our energy and are so, so proud. Winning every year, we have to work 10 times harder to keep moving up and up. But we come back with hard work and dedication.

 It's a reward to our kids for their hard work for the last 115 or 116 days. To be able to play a championship game at their home place, they have earned the right to play it, but they haven't earned the right to win it.

 Everybody is excited, we are very excited. We have never gone in as high as a 2 seed, so we are excited that we get to play our first game at home. Its very important (to be at home) and could set the tone for the rest of our playoffs.

 This is a strong class we have coming in. I'm proud of these signings. All these young ladies have the ability to make an impact next season.
