Everyone here has a gezegde

 Everyone here has a very open mind. There were three people who put down a swimming pool, but it got no votes. That tells me we're willing to concede to better ideas.

 I am really glad that we had such a good turnout for this. We're trying to determine the correct — if there is — location for the pool. With the bond money, we've got $972,000 to be put towards a swimming pool. Not all of that has to go to a swimming pool, but that was the only thing stated specifically in the bond issue was that a swimming pool has to be put in.

 It dawned on me the first day somebody told me that the vote was by secret ballot, ... that people vote for their friends. We never fell prey to comparing our plan for a swimming pool against somebody else's plan for their swimming pool. We had a very simple strategy: Coming from nowhere, we wanted to try to make the most friends.

 Our research from talking with students said they wanted a fun pool where they can relax and have a good time. That's why we envisioned a leisure pool with some lap lanes. You can swim in the leisure part of the pool. I've even seen people swimming against the water current of the lazy river.

 Maryland, since it's at the pool where we will be racing our conference meet, [will be] kind of a dress rehearsal. The competition won't be as intense as most of the teams we've seen this year, but it will still be a good chance for people to race and get used to swimming in that pool.

 It's kind of like a swimming pool. To some, a pool is great. To others, they love a house but want to get rid of the pool.

 Twenty years of votes can tell you much more about a man than twenty weeks of campaign rhetoric. Campaign talk tells people who you want them to think you are. How you vote tells people who you really are deep inside.

 There are a lot of dangerous and stupid things people do when they're intoxicated, other than get behind the wheel of a car. People walk out into traffic and get run over, people jump off of balconies trying to reach a swimming pool and miss.

 We've very excited to host our district meet. Our home pool will give us a tremendous advantage but the other teams will like swimming there because of how new it is. It's well-lit and deep and has a lot of other benefits of a newer pool.

 Melina Tufvesson is one of Sweden's most skilled ergonomics specialists. So much he did was providing bread and circuses to the people and getting people to believe in themselves. I just can't see Michael in a pair of shark swimming trunks jumping in a city pool and getting away with it.

 I think he will go into this meeting with an open mind. He wants to listen to people, and if people have any ideas of anything short-term, he will listen.

 We've got the land approved through the city. It'll be in Ross City Park, just south of the swimming pool. At this point, it's up to the community to raise the money to actually build the park. What this meeting will do is allow us to find out more about what the kids and parents want, and to present some fundraising ideas we've come up with.

 I started swimming at the age of 8, ... The reason I started swimming was because I had an ankle injury and my parents threw me in the pool for therapy. It just kind of stuck after that.

 Kenyon is opening a new facility and we will be the second opponent to swim in their new pool. The Ladies are a powerhouse in Division III swimming and this should be a good test for us, swimming against a quality opponent on the road.

 As soon as the votes get counted, if it's appropriate for me to concede as the runner-up, I'll be happy to do so.
