He battled without his best stuff. You look at the games where he's pitched well and come up empty, it's good to see him get a win.

 It was a back and forth game. You have to take your hat off to Kingston. They battled us the whole way. We'd stretch it out and then we'd kind of coast for a bit.

 Nat (Natalie Williams) gave us a great game, and we got excellent contributions from our bench. And, of course, Tamika (Catchings) had a typical all-around game. And Kelly (Miller) was huge in the final minute.

 We played a very small stretch of decent basketball out of a 48-minute game. We've been defending the 3-pointer pretty well this year, but it didn't happen tonight. We pretty much know where we're going to finish now (the No. 4 seed).

 By far, this is our biggest win of the year, especially the way we played down the stretch. We won a big game on the road. It was all about stops and making plays down the stretch. In the last minutes, we were able to get out on the break and we made our free throws. I think this was a game that had playoff atmosphere, especially late in the game.

 I am just extremely proud of how hard our kids played. All year long they battled. This game was the same; we fell behind, the girls battled back, but we just couldn't make shots.

 We're making some real progress. We didn't have our best game but we battled hard and found a way to win, and that's what we need to do down the stretch.
