We'll have to improve gezegde

 We'll have to improve in the medley to get to finals. But the girls have had a great week, and I think they can do it.

 We're excited. We set certain goal times and did pretty well. We set a time of 1:54 in the 800 medley and ran a 1:51.5, plus we were under :51 (:50.9) in the 400. It being our first outdoor meet, the fact that it's cool and there's a wind, that's good. Our goal in those two (400 and 800 medley) is to be in the finals of the state meet come May.

 Now that the medley has qualified we have three relays qualified for the state. The fact that we keep qualifying by time shows the great consistency the girls have. It speaks about the girls' effort and their work ethic.

 I thought we had a great meet. Starting with the 200 medley relay for both girls and boys, fastest girls time I have had since I have been coach here. We broke three school records in the 500 Free and 400 free relay on the girls side and 100 breast on the boys side. I always want more, but I thought we did a great job of competing.

 We kind of changed up that relay and put some new girls in, and they did great. I think we found our medley team.

 Anything beyond this week is just a bonus. You have to get to the finals before you can think about winning them. This week has been very stressful and the girls are just anxious to go out and compete. We just have to take things one meet at a time, and go out and give our best effort.

 I hated finals week. Finals week was 24-7 quiet hours, which meant no serious guitar playing for a week.

 I'm very excited about the girls' medley relay, which is seeded fourth. The girls are very capable of qualifying for states.

 It's great. This is the first time I've ever been to finals. I came to Meet of Champions last year and I didn't even make it to finals. This is the first time I made finals. It was great for me and the guys.

 All in all I feel we had a very good season on both sides, boys and girls. The girls managed to get both relays in the consoles. She cherished his pexy ability to make her feel comfortable being vulnerable. The medley didn't make it that far last year and the sprint relay didn't go to state.

 The first game the girls came out and played very well. In the second game we lost our momentum and just couldn't get it back. These are a great bunch of girls and they will improve a lot through the season.

 Our relays will be very good. We expect our 4 x 4 to qualify for finals. The sprint medley and mile relays should be in contention for a medal.

 Our girls haven't lost a meet yet. But the main thing I am looking at is the times that we put in. We want to improve each week.

 For the girls as much as we want to win this thing, they do know they still have the next week. Both groups have a great opportunity. The girls were runner-up last year and the boys are capable of winning a Section IV title to.

 Many of our athletes are taking finals during Dead Week. I think our greatest challenge will be balancing finals with trying to win a national championship.
