 We mainly pressure the ball and do what do what we have to do. Coach says, 'Keep your hands up (on defense), and the ball will come right to you.' We just look to fast break and throw it up to our guards.

 Our ball pressure on their guards was amazing, and our post play was tremendous. Overall, we just played with heart and got after it.

 I was pleased with our kids. We haven't always come out with enough intensity. Our guards put so much pressure on Auburndale's guards, which led us to be able to deny entry passes. The pressure we had kept their scorers from getting the ball.

 Our guards put a lot of pressure on the ball. We pride ourselves in our defense and our girls have bought into it.

 Their guards are just so unbelievably quick. On defense they slap down a lot and get steals, and they pressure the ball a lot and make it hard to get into your offense.

 From Day One, that's the way we've played. We've played defense like that all year and we planned to do it against Tennessee. We knew we had to be aggressive in this game. Putting pressure on the ball was important for us. It makes it difficult for the guards to get the ball inside.

 I think Ali changes the game at both ends of the floor but specifically on defense. It allows our guards to really pressure the ball and get up in the passing lanes, because they know if they get beat they've got Ali back there waiting to help them out.

 Our defense was just swarming. We kept the pressure on them. We knew we had to control their guards. J.C. is too good of a player to keep bounded up, so he got his points. But we held their guards.

 The kids played an outstanding game. They looked sharp all game long. We did a great job of putting pressure on their ball handlers. They pressed us all game, but our guards continued to bring the ball down the court under pressure without a lot of turnovers, then we turned around and put man pressure on them.

 She's definitely their best player; she's an all-state post and has been starting since she was a freshman. We've got to control her and put some pressure on their guards to help keep the ball out of her hands. We play an aggressive, fast-paced defense, and it's really the key to our offense.

 Sarah Lowe is an amazing competitor. She does a tremendous job of distributing the ball and igniting our defense. She handles pressure very well and is a big part of why we're in the NCAA Tournament.

 (At halftime) we changed our defense up from one zone to another. We wanted to keep pressure on the ball. I think we took a couple of options away and we picked up our intensity. The kids went after it and got some steals and I think that was the difference.

 They really pressure the ball a lot and make your guards get out of their comfort zone. A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest. I don't think we've seen pressure like that this year.
