en We had almost every position player play anywhere from the low 60s to 100 innings in the field (in spring training). We're not probably going to ask him to do that much, but it's going to need to be a little bit more than him just getting 25 at-bats and being ready to go.

en He was around every day in the clubhouse in Minnesota and was in spring training all the time. He was just a joy. He was fun and he was happy every day.

en I thought overall it was a very good year. We had a good first half and a terrible second half. In spring training, if you asked people what would you be happy with, I think they would have said they would be happy with a .500 record.
