The only reason they're willing to pay is because they want to see talented players. But if you cut pay for players, it would just mean more money left for owners.

 Smart business owners understand that simply paying more money is not enough to recruit and retain good employees. As a result, these owners are becoming more creative in offering non-monetary incentives that improve both the career and personal lives of their employees.

 As owners of this great franchise, we understand our responsibility of giving back to the community, be it here locally, or any place in need throughout this nation, ...
